The possible nominations that can be made are as follows If the subscriber is a male, the nominee/nominees can be his legally wedded wife, his children (married or unmarried), his dependent parents and his deceased son's widow and children If the subscriber is a female, the nominee/nominees can be her legally wedded husband, his children (married or unmarried), her dependent parents and her deceased son's widow and children If the child of a subscriber (or as the case may be, a child of the subscriber's deceased son) has been adopted by another person and if under the personal law of the adopter, adoption is legally recognised, such child shall be excluded from the family of the subscriber
